Yesterday, IBM Nigeria commenced a talent attraction drive for its operations in Nigeria, and we are happy they partnered with Careers Nigeria in order to find suitable Nigerian candidates to drive their business.
The deal involves publishing several jobs, as well as running a branded banner that directs candidates to their corporate profile and a list of the jobs.
Since the positions are specific, we hope that candidates can forward them to persons they know will be most ideal, in order for them to apply as well.
Careers Nigeria has been adding value to corporate organizations and high growth businesses since our rebrand, and our plans for 2010 is to build on this successs and achieve profitability as an operating company in Nigeria.
