A few days ago, we relaunched our website and our brand. Since then, our focus has been and will continue to be, in adding value to companies looking for the best candidates.
In the recent months, more sales have been for our CV Database, as more recruiters and employers realize that accessing an already existing database of suitable candidates is probably the most proactive and quicker manner to hire smartly. Besides, it also reduces the average cost per hire.
Our recruitment advertising service, will be tending towards the more professional and experienced roles, and it is possible that more junior positions won’t be published on this site.
For that, we are currently developing a more improved and modern online Graduate Recruitment community that will be unveilled later this month. We will talk more about that service in due time.
By setting up a different graduate portal (with interview tips, a community, relevant resources etc) our main website will tend to service the more experienced market, from middle level, senior level and to Executives. We already have many CVs of Managing Directors in the CV Database.
This is the same audience (experienced professionals) we are currently targeting via advertising, but moreso through registrations on our CV Database.

Major companies and recruitment agencies have signed up to use this service and who knows – you might get a call from them soon for some interesting opportunities.
